Reference pages and practical guides
The database is an index, not a replacement for every detailed guide. Open an item page when you need a name, effect family, or evidence boundary. Open a build or guide page when you need to decide what to do in a live run. This separation keeps a quick reference readable while still giving difficult questions a longer answer.
For inventory questions, start with Artifacts, Tablets, Potions, or the Items directory, then compare the active grid with the Side Bag. For weapon questions, read the weapon overview before using a ranking or tier list. For encounters, pair the Bosses and Stages pages with a chapter or Hard Mode guide because procedural rooms and current patches can change the practical route.
The same rule applies to community reports. A discussion, video, or guide can reveal a useful lead, but a dated report is not automatically a current mechanic. Where the available evidence is incomplete, this site labels the uncertainty and points back to the current in-game tooltip or official update notice. That is why some records contain fewer exact numbers than an old screenshot: avoiding an invented value is more useful than presenting a precise but stale one.
How the database is maintained
When Sephiria receives an update, the first check is whether the official announcement changes a system, interface, reward, or known issue. The second check is whether the affected reference page still describes the current behavior. The third check is a small in-game reproduction when the change depends on a tooltip, placement, timing, or multiplayer state.
Readers can help by reporting the page URL, the game version, the exact text that looks wrong, and a source or screenshot that can be checked. Avoid sending account credentials or personal information.
